What's involved in a Real Estate Appraisal?

The Real Estate process is rather basic, actually. We'll need to make an appointment for an inspection of your home during daylight hours. We'll discuss together the purpose and objective(s) of the appraisal.  I'll walk through room by room, taking notes, measurements, and pictures necessary to complete the inspection. I'll measure the exterior of your home to determine its size. Once all the necessary information is gathered, I'll complete the appraisal report in my office using the appropriate form. The inspection usually takes no more than an hour, and turnaround time is typically 3-5 business days.

Why would you want a Real Estate Appraisal?

There are several reasons you may need an appraisal. Divorce, Bankruptcy, Tax Appeal, and Estate Settlement just to name a few. Perhaps you want to know the value of your home during changing economic times...
